SANTA ROSA

It is the capital city of the province of La Pampa. It was founded in 1892 by Tomás Mason, who was the owner of estancia La Malvina and its surroundings, which were lot for sale. 5 years later came the railroad and the first groups of Spaniards, Italians and French immigrants. For its strategic location and its rapid growth in 1904 was designated Capital city of the National Territory of La Pampa.

Today it has become the main economic center of the province. In recent years it has grown above the national average, which is reflected in its modern architecture public buildings. It offers a very comprehensive and sophisticated structure of services; if you come here in your way to other destinations you will be surprised by everything this city has to offer.
